This model of the Gemini XII capsule, beautifully reproduced at 1/25th the original size, has been signed on its base by crewmembers James Lovell and Buzz Aldrin. The hatch doors are removable, as pictured, and once detached reveal a wonderfully detailed interior. This model was signed for the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation in celebration of Gemini XII's 45th Anniversary, a fact which is noted by a plaque affixed to the model's included black stand, which states:
