In this photo the second American to orbit the Earth, Mercury 7 astronaut Scott Carpenter, is inspecting the instrument readings on his Aurora 7 capsule prior to liftoff. Carpenter signed a limited quantity of this 8” x 10” print exclusively for the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation. The print is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
